Site Manager

We’re looking a Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality projects on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities

• Leading daily site operations, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources to meet programme and quality target.
• Driving safety, quality, and environmental standards, ensuring every task meets Maycroft’s expectations
• Solving problems on the ground, anticipating risks, and keeping projects moving efficiently
• Building strong, respectful relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and your wider project team
• Mentoring apprentices and developing the capability of your site crew
• Supporting project delivery through accurate reporting, programme updates, and clear communication

What you'll need

• Strong carpentry or site leadership experience
• A sharp eye for detail and qualityExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and teams
• Solid understanding of construction processes and H&S
• A proactive attitude, pride in workmanship, and alignment with Maycroft’s values
