a bit About the role...
Leading daily site operations, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources to meet programme and quality targets
Driving safety, quality, and environmental standards, ensuring every task meets Maycroft’s expectations
Solving problems on the ground, anticipating risks, and keeping projects moving efficiently
Building strong, respectful relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and your wider project team
Mentoring apprentices and developing the capability of your site crew
Supporting project delivery through accurate reporting, programme updates, and clear communication
We’re looking a Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality projects on time and within budget.
