a bit About the role...

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work with various stakeholders internally and externally to:

  • Oversee project setup, planning and team coordination.
  • Plan and schedule projects using our smart project management tools.
  • Visit sites, check progress, and keep quality on point.
  • Work closely with our team and clients to keep everyone in the loop.
  • Implement and manage project systems and documentation.
  • Ensure every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
  • Identify and resolve issues early to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Central region from start to finish. You’ll play a central role in ensuring our projects are delivered safely on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities...
WHAT YOU'LL Need...
  • 5+ years’ project management experience in managing commercial construction projects.
  • A great communicator who’s organised and proactive.
  • A practical, hands-on approach and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Someone who loves working with people and bringing out the best in their team.
  • Positive, approachable, and calm under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of building materials, standards and safety regulations.
