Serving individuals and businesses in the region, the Levin branch is an important part of Westpac’s network. This refurbishment project ensures the space continues to meet the needs of local customers by enhancing security, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
Maycroft delivered this project as a construction partner within the NZ Construction Alliance (NZCA), a network that allows regionally based contractors to provide nationwide construction solutions to the highest standards.
The Levin branch fit-out included installing a secure ATM lobby, safes, and bespoke joinery, timber feature ceiling, updated flooring, contemporary interior finishes, custom signage and high-security features. Managing the tight three-month programme required clear communications, early planning and collaboration with subcontractors to ensure a smooth workflow.
The team completed the project on time for Bank Week (10–14 March 2025), with final commissioning and security handover completed ahead of the official reopening on 17 March 2025.
