In collaboration with Keep Hutt Valley Beautiful to mark Clean Up Day 2022 and the start Keep New Zealand Beautiful Week 2022 with two community clean up events: Lower Hutt CBD on Saturday 17 September, and Upper Hutt CBD on Sunday 25 September.
Over the two events, a whopping 49 bags pf litter were picked up by volunteers from the public and many community groups and businesses.
Keep Hutt Valley Beautiful was established to create a beautiful, safe and functional environment within the Hutt Valley. Environmental and beautification projects including litter, graffiti and weed removal and undertake planting.
