35-Year Milestone at Maycroft: From Apprentice to CEO

We recently celebrated Grant's 35-year service milestone with Maycroft Construction. Starting as a budding Carpentry Apprentice in the late 80s, Grant learnt the practical skills of construction and earned the prestigious title of the Apprentice of the Year.  

Grant's dedication and commitment to trust-based relationships have led to an impressive career within Maycroft. Progressing from Carpenter to Site Manager, Contracts Manager, then Commercial Manager and Director, Grant built an extensive knowledge of construction techniques, management, and the Maycroft approach to delivering exceptional results.

Little did Grant know that when he started with Maycroft 35 years ago, his journey would ultimately lead him to step into the Chief Executive Officer role earlier this year. Grant has played a pivotal role in shaping the identity of Maycroft, and his leadership and strategic expertise will continue to guide Maycroft’s growth and success into the future.
