Our Apprentices work hard through the year, learning and refining skills and trade practices that will set them up for a long and rewarding career in Construction.
Each November we have our Apprentice Conference for our Carpentry and Joinery Apprentices. The day is for celebrating our Apprentices and includes a bit of fun, a practical challenge and time to connect with peers.
Congratulations to Marcus Griffin, our 2022 Apprentice of the Year! The award recognises a high-potential Apprentice who demonstrates excellence, commitment and reflection of our Maycroft values. Marcus is excelling in his training and demonstrates great leadership and drive.
