a bit About the role...

We are currently recruiting for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join our Wellington based team. In this role, you will manage the procurement and financial aspects of projects and assist in design, contractual, compliance and programming aspects of projects, and carryout supplementary responsibilities where required.

This will see you take overall responsibility for the financial performance of your projects including tender management, letting and administration of subcontractors, variation review, monthly progress payment approvals, final account negotiations.  

A bit about you...
  • A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • Proven ability to assist with projects with multiple demands, priorities, issues and risks
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Suite and associated construction software for pricing is helpful
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working in the construction industry
