As Training & Development Manager, Mike helps our team members develop their careers within the construction industry by assessing training needs and providing mentoring, support, and training programmes.

His many years of experience in both the construction and educational sectors have set him up with the right mix of expertise and passion to lead Maycroft in building ‘great people’. Mike follows a values-led approach which strengthens our strong team culture. Mike understands the challenges and intricacies of the industry, allowing him to provide practical insights and guidance that go beyond theoretical knowledge.

Outside of work, Mike is likely enjoying the outdoors diving or spending time with his wife and children.
