Mark joined Maycroft as a Quantity Surveyor Cadet while he was working towards his Bachelor of Construction at Massey University. During his cadetship he was involved in aspects outside of his day-to-day role including creating a construction programme, undertaking H&S tasks onsite and reviewing services trades with our services engineer.

Mark has since completed his studies and is a valuable, well-rounded member of our commercial team who enjoys the variety and uniqueness each job brings. Being methodically minded, Mark keeps on top of key details for his clients and finds best-outcome solutions to problems that arise.

One of his favourite jobs he has worked on has been the St James Theatre Seismic Upgrade. Mark worked alongside a team on a complex and challenging project and was proud to see the finished project to completion.
