Hope joins Maycroft as a Sustainability Advisor, bringing expertise in corporate sustainability, greenhouse gas emissions inventory development, and organisational emissions reduction. Her dedication to sustainability was evident in her previous role at WorkSafe NZ, where she supported the organisation in meeting the goals of the Carbon Neutral Government Programme (CNGP). Hope played a key role in compiling emissions inventories, developing processes, and achieving and maintaining the organisation's Toitū carbon reduce certification.

Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Canisius University in New York. Outside of work, she enjoys playing football for the Wellington United Diamonds team. Hope’s passion for sustainability and commitment to driving positive change is a huge asset to Maycroft's projects and initiatives in the construction industry.
