Hernie is employed as a Project Manager/Services Cadet and is currently involved in the major upgrade of the Palmerston North Hospital (SPIRE Project). Hernie’s duties include overall project management including quality assurance, project documentation control and services coordination.

She has a variety of experience within the industry, including time spent as a Project Engineer in China & Singapore where she coordinated the construction of three ice ships, within a tight timeframe and with translation required between three different languages.
