Our monthly Apprentice Training Sessions have kicked off with a bang!
Last week ten of our Apprentices joined us for a training session at our dedicated training facility. The day packed with activities which included sharpening chisels, notching out doors, team quizzes, and knowledge-building exercises.
Thankyou to Matt from BDS Doors for sharing valuable insights on doors and installation techniques and for the opportunity for the apprentices to ask questions.
Maycroft are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for apprentices to develop into industry leaders and masters of their trade.
We are also determined to make a positive impact and help close the skills gap in the construction industry. By participating in these training sessions, Apprentices learn practical skills and are encouraged to think deeply about values like accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
