a bit About the role...

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join our Wellington based team. In this role, you will secure profitable business with a succinct and concise project estimate that is clearly and efficiently handed over to the project team.

As the Senior Estimator, you will do this by providing strategic input to tender documents, scoping and packaging of trades and leading a team to achieve objectives in a timely and cost effective manner.

A key responsibility of this position is build and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally.

Success in this role will mean projects secured will support the company’s strategy and set Maycroft up to build great buildings, great people and great relationships.

This could be an opportunity for someone who is a current Estimator and is ready to step in to a senior role.

  • Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role or similar experience
  • Technically competent
