A bit about us...
We have been in business for seven decades and are (a little bit) proud to share that through our values of integrity, responsibility, respect and support, we have established a reputation as a leading construction company across the central and lower North Island. We are proudly employee-owned and have a purpose to build trust through great buildings, great people, and great relationships.
a bit About the role...

We have a vacancy become available in the project support space due to internal promotions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team, based in Petone.

As our Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our multiple site teams to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.  Part of a small and fast paced team, this role lends itself towards someone who has a strong interest in construction, preferably with a qualification in quantity surveying or construction management (with a very real opportunity to step into a cadetship for the right person). We will train you into this role, so no previous (relevant) work experience is necessary.

  • Coordinate documentation as appropriate for each project.
  • Prepare building manuals and provide to Project Managers for submission.
  • Prepare internal/external warranties and producer statements
  • Obtain signatures from subbies and our inhouse management team
  • Print/upload drawings, load specifications, reports, and other information into Procore (our Construction Management Software) and provide hard copies to the project team.
