Stephen is passionate about guiding and supporting the ‘character’ of Maycroft. Alongside the leadership team, he ensures that all decisions affecting the company uphold our values and help to achieve our vision for the business.

Stephen has many years’ experience in leadership and governance assistance, including a period as General Manager at Maycroft. During his time as CEO of the award-winning Mitre 10 Mega stores at Petone, Upper Hutt and Porirua, Stephen opened the new Porirua store, successfully steered the business through the GFC, and built up a strong leadership team.
