Justin is one of our experienced Site Managers having worked his way up from a Carpentry Apprentice. He has natural time-management, programming, and planning skills and builds positive working relationships while motivating others to perform at the best of their abilities.

A favourite construction project of Justin’s was a complex and challenging upgrade to a community sports hub. He found it rewarding as the upgrade had been something the community had been waiting for and could now enjoy for a long time.
