As a Quality Control Manager, Donatella oversees all levels of quality control and assurance on behalf of main contractors for compliance to specs, drawings and statutory requirements. She specialises in the implementation of the Three Phases of Control according to the (US) NAVFAC.

Donatella began her career in Italy, where she provided Quality Control support and management on behalf of the US Government. After moving to New Zealand, she worked for a large plumbing contractor on iconic projects such as the Christchurch Justice and Emergency Service Precinct. By identifying and preventing problems that could prevent the regular progress of site activities, Donatella ensures our clients receive an on-time, on-budget build.
