In his role as Estimating Manager, Blair offers our clients almost thirty years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating.

He has worked on many notable projects around the Wellington region, building an impressive skillset that includes the commercial management of projects, budget and procurement advice, account negotiations and designing competitive tenders to meet our clients’ unique needs.

Blair especially likes the challenge of ensuring operational continuity for his clients, through the careful staging and sequencing of construction activities.
