Having worked for Maycroft Construction for 40 years, Andrew understands the value of honest, thorough, tidy and well-finished contracts. With past work experience including foreman and Project Manager, he has hands-on experience that contributes to his practical management style.

Andrew enjoys dealing with a wide range of people during construction, including customers, consultants, subcontractors and labourers. He is particularly proud of his contribution to the KiwiRail Seismic Strengthening project and the development and implementation of Maycroft's Training and Development programme.
