Ross leads projects from inception through to completion, and brings drive, vision and great communication skills to his work. Ross coordinates people, resources and processes to ensure each project runs smoothly and delivers a high-quality finished product.

Ross has over twenty years of industry experience in New Zealand and the UK, including commercial buildings and infrastructure, as well as residential construction. He also has extensive knowledge of work at height, having previously managed a height access business.

In his spare time, you may find Ross in or on Wellington’s chilly waters. Once a competitive swimmer, he still loves the water and takes part in waka ama, free diving and spear fishing.
