As HR Advisor Hayley enhances employee relations, encourages staff development, and liaises with management to implement changes to improve Maycroft’s office environment. She enjoys working with people, whether coordinating a project, organising an event, or developing processes to keep staff working at their best in the office or based onsite.
Hayley has extensive experience in administration and project co-ordination roles in the construction industry, including time at an international construction and consultancy company. She has been involved with a variety of projects, including terminals and depots for major distribution companies and construction projects for healthcare and education providers.
