Steff Wilson

HR Advisor

A happy, safe and productive team ensures better results for our clients. A key component of staff care is Steff, Maycroft’s HR Advisor. Steff looks after inductions, training and development of our staff; implementation of new policies and procedures; monitoring our apprentice builders; and a myriad of other HR challenges and tasks.

Having previously served on the Health and Safety Committee of a large project management firm, Steff appreciates the importance of keeping staff safe on site and in the office, and works continually to improve our health and safety processes.

In addition to providing excellent HR support, Steff assists with marketing and communications, keeping our current and prospective clients up-to-date with developments within the company and wider industry.
