Steff Wilson

HR & Systems Coordinator

We look after our staff so that they can look after our clients. A key component in that care is Steff, our Human Resources & Systems Coordinator. She combines adept problem solving with a friendly approach, ensuring staff feel comfortable coming to her with challenges. Steff has a passion for Human Resources, therefore will be starting a New Zealand Diploma in Business specalising in Leadership & Management this year.

In addition to providing excellent administrative support, Steff assists with marketing and communications, keeping our current and prospective clients up-to-date with developments in the company and wider industry.

Having previously served on the Health and Safety Committee of a large project management firm, Steff appreciates the importance of keeping staff safe on site and in the office, and works continually to improve our H&S processes.
