Process Improvement Manager
Process Improvement Manager Kim champions the use of smart processes and systems across our business, to enable us to be more efficient, more effective, and more consistent in our work. She ensures our processes reflect positively on the Maycroft brand and contribute to our vision, purpose and values.
Kim studied business process improvement at the University of Auckland and holds a Master of Business Administration from Massey University. She honed her skills in the retail and FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) industries, first at Mitre 10 Mega and later at Foodstuffs.
Outside of work, Kim is a mentor for the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. She also enjoys creative writing and a spot of pilates.Back to Our Team
