Many of you will have read this story in Saturday’s Dominion Post about Stacey Herbert. Stacey is a courageous young lady who was badly injured in the February 2011 Christchurch earthquake, when The Press building collapsed. Stacey lost both of her legs above the knees, and the Rise Up Stacey Trust is raising funds towards Stacey’s long term goals, such as travelling to the United States to be fitted with the latest technology in prosthetic limbs.
We believe Stacey deserves our support so we’ll be contributing to the Rise Up Stacey Givealittle site and we hope all other businesses in earthquake prone Wellington do the same. Especially all those companies as passionate about constructing safe buildings as we are!
