Work commences on Wellington City Council Housing Upgrade

Works have commenced on the Kotuku Apartments upgrade at Kilbirnie, which, when complete, will house 150 residents in 33 x studio, 30 x one-bedroom, 5 x two-bedroom and 5 x four-bedroom units. First Building complete for Centennial Flats Housing New Zealand Upgrade
