Fantastic to see three Maycroft constructed projects taking out their categories at the 2017 Wellington NZIA awards last night. Big congratulations to Designgroup Stapleton Elliott for taking out the Education category with the Weltec School of Construction, Architecture Cubed for the Heritage category with the Centennial Flats Upgrade Opus Architecture for winning the Housing – Multi Unit category with the Kotuku Flats Upgrade. We couldn’t be prouder of them all for their achievements.

Marshall Court wins big at NZ Commercial Project Awards

Historic Centennial Flats restored to better than new

Maycroft Construction are pleased to announce the opening of the Centennial Flats Refurbishment project, completed in two stages for Housing New Zealand Corporation, with design by Giles Alington of Architecture Cubed. Basin Reserve Historic Pavilion Restoration Complete

Maycroft Construction love working with heritage buildings - and we also love sport. Naturally, we were very pleased to have the opportunity to upgrade some of the facilities at the Basin Reserve. Marshall Court rebuild wins top architectural award

Marshall Court Development at Miramar, one of our most recently completed housing projects, was last night recognised by the New Zealand Institute of Architects, nabbing the top 2015 Wellington Architecture Award. The project was designed by architects Designgroup Stapleton Elliott. Smiles All Round as Maycroft Construction Begins Work on New Trentham Dental Centre

We are delighted to have completed Stage One of the Aged Care Facility for the Sisters of Compassion. The Home of Compassion in Heretaunga offers a range of services, including rest home, hospital and dementia care, as well as respite and day care.
