Maycroft is helping to build Wellington communities

The official opening of the Kotuku Apartments in Kilbirnie is an example of another great partnership between Maycroft Construction and the Wellington City Council. The original apartments, built in the 1960's, consisted of 103 bedsit units. Queen Margaret College Boarding House Underway

The team at Maycroft have begun construction of the Queen Margaret College 44 room boarding house in central Wellington. This project continues our great relationship with Queen Margaret College and with the talented team at McKenzie Higham Architects following our construction of the Pre-School in 2015. The construction of the $5.5M boarding house started in early October 2016 and completion is due November 2017, in time for the 2018 school year.

Marshall Court wins big at NZ Commercial Project Awards

Historic Centennial Flats restored to better than new

Maycroft Construction are pleased to announce the opening of the Centennial Flats Refurbishment project, completed in two stages for Housing New Zealand Corporation, with design by Giles Alington of Architecture Cubed. Two major commercial projects in Palmerston North

Maycroft Construction recently opened an office in Palmerston North, and were pleased to win the contract to build new corporate headquarters for Property Brokers, and a new shopping centre on Milson Line for Fair Investments Ltd. Basin Reserve Historic Pavilion Restoration Complete

Queen Margaret College Preschool opens

Founded in 1919, Queen Margaret College is an independent Presbyterian School for Girls. Marshall Court rebuild wins top architectural award

Marshall Court Development at Miramar, one of our most recently completed housing projects, was last night recognised by the New Zealand Institute of Architects, nabbing the top 2015 Wellington Architecture Award.
