Site Manager (Wellington & Manawatu)
Due to an increase in current and future workloads, a great opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join our proven team.
The successful applicant will join our management team working on a number of current and future commercial projects in Wellington and the Hutt Valley. The role involves sole charge management of medium sized worksites and can also mean working as a key player in management teams on major projects.
Responsibilities include meeting health & safety and quality assurance targets, ensuring construction programme and budgets are met, and the day to day smooth running of your project.

Desired Skills and Experience
Applicants should have a trade background with 3 to 5 years senior site experience working on commercial contracts ranging in value from $1M to $10M. This experience will have developed your technical and management capabilities and you are now interested in advancing your career.
