Marketing & Bid Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Marketing & Bid Coordinator role is a unique opportunity to promote a strong brand and to assist in securing construction projects.

This role is based out of our Lower Hutt office and involves ensuring the Maycroft brand is consistently presented in an outstanding and professional manner, and working with our proposal team to ensure the timely and accurate responses to Bids and Proposals. 

From assisting with and preparing material for internal and external communications, to maintaining our social media platforms, and supporting and contributing through tender phases; this is an exciting and dynamic role.
 

ABOUT YOU:

This role would be well suited for someone with previous bid coordination experience or have at least one years' experience in a similar role. You will need to have exceptional English skills, attention to detail and be deadline orientated. Proficiency in the Adobe Suite is preferred but not essential.
